Smartphoneography

I  believe that the best camera is the one you have with you and now that many of us have a smartphone in our hand, there is a whole new world of photography out there at our fingertips.

I have developed short smartphone photo-walks lasting approx. 60 mins for senior citizens in the North Yorkshire area. 

It will not be strenuous walk, more of a leisurely stroll.

I will help you create great images and offer photographic advice and apps to download. 

Discover how to take great photos on your smartphone at these fun and creative photowalks, you will pick up some  tips for shooting some really nice images. 

You’ll also learn about the best photo editing apps, so you can edit images on your phone as you’re on the move. 

Knowledge required :

No previous photography experience needed, Just a little enthusiasm that's all.
 

What you'll get :

Some great smartphone images to keep on your smartphone camera or to download, that have been taken by you!
 

What to bring :

• A charged smartphone .                                    { no heavy camera equipment to carry }.
• Comfortable footwear.                                       [ we'll be going for a stroll! ].
• Weather appropriate clothes.                           [ the rain will come at you horizontally at times, so be prepared! ].

Suitable for :

Adults. {60 plus}. 

A Smartphone photowalk as part of a group or with a friend or loved one has many health benefits:

• It makes exercise  more fun without realising it you are doing it.
• It helps you make new friends, and build up friendships you already have.
• It is harder to cancel a walk when you know you have a group  waiting for you.
• You’ll probably walk further and meet more often with a  group .
• Walking with a group is safer.
